Why Sponsor a Home?
Hearts & Hammers assists low-income homeowners whose home exteriors are deteriorating. Often, they’re in danger of losing their homes and we don’t want to see that happen. The restoration provided by our team, and our invaluable volunteers and sponsors, means these homeowners can stay in the place they love.
The Hearts & Hammers Difference
At Hearts & Hammers, we do things a bit differently. We manage our projects from start to finish, including scoping the work, gathering supplies, and recruiting volunteers. Our process customizes the volunteer experience based on the group's expertise. Whether you have 10 participants or 70, everyone is invited to help!
Volunteer dates are customized to work for your organization. Our flexibility makes this ideal for a corporate team-building volunteer experience—your team will feel the instant gratification of seeing a drastic, immediate transformation from their concerted efforts.
While there are similar programs, we are the only organization that solely focuses on restoring the exterior of naturally occurring affordable housing.
The Benefits of Full Sponsorship
When you sponsor a home, here is what you’re contributing towards:

The typical home sponsorship fee is $3,500. If that doesn’t work for your organization, that’s okay! Talk to our team and we’ll work to customize a solution for you.
